Adolescent with impacted adult teeth with no room to erupt into the mouth. Notice the arch development in lieu of bicuspid extraction the traditional way. Again, using removable functional retainers to develop the arches followed by metal braces for a shorter time.

Patient complains of headaches 1-2 per week. Treatment consisted of adolescent full arch development with removable retainers and metal braces, mandibular advancement with removable retainers, 2nd molar replacement, and non-bicuspid extraction. Mandibular (TMJ) advancement which cured the chronic recurrent headache problem.
